Highest quality, exhibition grade thuya burl wood XL length stem for Dynavap components. Along with a book-matched flat side design, mouthpiece. This is a newly designed stem that has a 3D helix spiral pattern that has been segmented along it’s lines going up and down along the spiral. This creates a 3D textured pattern producing a maximum tactile feel. As of now there are 3 versions of this design, this being version #3 which is the attenuated version. This means it has been made with the smallest diameter to match closest to the size of the Dynavap midsections. Mouthpiece is our new flat side design that offers the tapered round m.p. style with 2 flat sides that give a new m.p. style with easy gripability. All of our stems function with or without mouthpiece attached. Stem has been finished with a satin finish polishing which is all natural.
Note: If you’d like this stem to be able to be used with a 14mm glass device, an o-ring and o-ring groove can be applied to the stem before shipping. But you must add this to the order comments box so we can know. This will add one day to shipping if this option is desired.
These are part of our new class of Dynavap stem upgrades that all have a slight chamfer or bevel at the ends of each side of the medical grade stainless steel linings. This allows for easy installation and removal of your dynavap condensers, tips and o-rings.
These are dynavap midsections (stems) that can be quickly swapped out from the standard Dynavap metal midsections. This stem is compatible with the XL condensers and o-rings when using the mouthpiece and standard condenser without m.p. It has a 14mm taper making it compatible with any glass pieces that have a 14mm hole for it to adapt to.
Stem has a precision drilled hole that gets fitted with a thin wall, medical grade stainless steel tube/liner. This makes the stem perfectly compatible with the Dynavap parts as well as adding rigidity and weight making it feel nice when held. The weight also gives it the same feel when in use as your used to with the metal Dynavap midsections. Once the stem is created it then gets sanded and polished using our nature based polish/waxes. Everything made in our shop is hand crafted.
Note: Your order will only contain the stem and mouthpiece in the photos. Comes with matching mouthpiece. Dynavap XL condenser can be easily added to your order. Any mouthpieces both from us and Dynavap will work with all of our stems.
